A modified prototype hotel, the L-shaped building is fit to the site and development conditions. The TownePlace Suites roof motif is modified and simplified, maintaining the iconic slope in a more modern expression. Located in Chula Vista, California, the building is designed to comply with the California Building Code and the local development design standards.
