The Hotel and Conference Center is envisioned as the jewel of the 11 acres Palmilla Beach Resort and Beach Community. This will also be the largest conference center in coastal Texas, containing over 21,000 SF of conference space on two levels. The hotel consists of 177 guest rooms on 4 floors. Amenities include an resort style pool, a two story restaurant and bar, city offices, and the golf course clubhouse, all linked to the hotel by two grand walkways.
