AC + RESIDENCE INN

This dual branded Marriott hotel is located in the Las Colinas Development in Irving, Texas. Integrating the programmatic requirements of each brand while optimizing for efficient back of house services and a seamless guest experience was the major challenge of this project. The exterior design of the building reflects the nature of each brand. The sleek modern vibe of AC and the traditional feel of Residence Inn are joined together, their interaction creating a galvanizing moment, both programmatically and architecturally.
