PROJECT PROGRAM

Red Oak Hope is a nonprofit organization seeking to help end sexual trafficking and exploitation by providing holistic care to individuals and communities through empowerment, community development, and social justice. The organization, headquartered in Austin, Texas, is looking for a permanent location where they can provide temporary housing, medical treatment, and educational classes to women and families. The programmatic requirements are complex, with few precedents. The aim of the project was to generate a specific program with thoughtful adjacencies and accurate square footage requirements that could be adapted to an existing building or used in the creation of a new building.
