DEVELOPMENT CONDITIONS
Situated at the major intersection of MLK and Highway 183, this new development has convenient access to Downtown Austin and the East Side. A new HEB Grocery Store is planned on the west side of the development. There is underground parking below the store, easily access from the naturally sloped roads and internal drives.
