NEW TOWN

This 11+ acre site is already a thriving beach community made up of beach condos, houses, and rowhomes in Port Aransas, Texas. Most of the development that has been completed is on the north end (right side of map) is fully residential. The ‘New Town’ center (area left of grand lawn) will expand the community amenities including a grocery store, urgent care, coffee shops, restaurants, and local stores. At the center, a grand lawn hosts live music events, weddings, and holiday parties.
