BEACH ROWHOME

This project was one of several for Palmilla Beach in Port Aransas. These five townhome buildings consist of 15 units in total. Each townhome has approximately 2,200 SF of conditioned space, 5 bedrooms, 4 baths, multiple balconies, and a covered parking area. The units are identical in plan, but have exterior variations on each building. This video was used for marketing and pre-sale, with each unit selling around $1M.
